This is more than an ice bath.
It is a practice of breath, presence, resilience and self-mastery.

Why choose Dr. Vinayana Jain & VinYoga?

An ice bath is about understanding your body, your breath, your limits, and your response to cold.

Medical training

Maxillofacial Surgeon

Dr. Vinayana Jain brings an understanding of human anatomy, physiology and clinical symptoms. She knows how to recognise warning signs and when the body is telling you to stop.

Body awareness

Certified Yoga Trainer

With 15+ months of teaching experience, she brings a structured approach to breathwork, movement, mindfulness and body awareness.

Breath & presence

Breath Expert

Breath is at the heart of cold exposure. Learn how to regulate your breathing and stay present while your body experiences the cold.

Specialised training

Certified Ice Bath Trainer

Ice bath facilitation requires specific knowledge and training. Dr. Vinayana understands the appropriate dos and don'ts, safety protocols and participant limitations.

Safety first

At VinYoga, the focus is on creating a structured, informed and safety-conscious experience.
